As General Manager, you'll be the leader of your restaurant and the driving force behind your team's success. You'll recruit, coach, and develop team members while ensuring guests receive an exceptional dining experience every time they visit.

What You'll Be Responsible For

  • Recruiting, hiring, and developing top talent
  • Coaching and mentoring future leaders
  • Driving guest satisfaction and operational excellence
  • Managing labor, inventory, and restaurant profitability
  • Executing local marketing initiatives and promotions
  • Ensuring compliance with safety, food quality, and HR standards
  • Creating an environment where employees and guests feel valued
We're Looking For Leaders Who Have:

  • 3–5 years of restaurant management experience
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Experience managing budgets, schedules, labor, and P&L performance
  • A passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences
  • ServSafe Certification (preferred/current)
  • The ability to motivate others and lead with confidence
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Compensation: $45,000-$65,000 Salary Range
