Position Summary

As a Cook, you'll play a key role in delivering the quality meals our guests know and love. From preparing fresh food to maintaining a clean, safe kitchen, you'll help ensure every guest enjoys a great dining experience. You'll also work closely with your teammates to keep operations running smoothly and efficiently.

What You'll Do

  • Arrive on time, ready to work in a clean, complete uniform.
  • Welcome every guest with a friendly smile and warm greeting.
  • Prepare menu items accurately and efficiently while maintaining high quality standards.
  • Stock, prep, and organize your station for each shift.
  • Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and food-safe at all times.
  • Follow recipes, portion guidelines, and presentation standards.
  • Communicate concerns, equipment issues, or guest feedback to management promptly.
  • Support your teammates to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
  • Follow Huddle House food safety, sanitation, and operational procedures.
  • Help control food costs by minimizing waste and practicing proper portion control.
  • Perform additional prep, cleaning, and kitchen duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For

  • Previous restaurant or food service experience is preferred, but we're happy to train motivated individuals.
  • A positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Commitment to delivering excellent food and exceptional guest service.
  • Reliable attendance and a willingness to learn.
