Position Summary
As a Shift Manager, you'll lead restaurant operations during your shift by coaching team members, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and ensuring operational excellence. If you're a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to have you on our team.
What You'll Do
- Lead daily restaurant operations and support your team throughout each shift.
- Deliver an outstanding guest experience and quickly resolve customer concerns.
- Coach, train, and motivate team members to achieve success.
- Complete daily paperwork, inventory, and operational reports.
- Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and food safety.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and brand standards.
- Foster a positive, respectful, and team-oriented work environment.
What We're Looking For
- Previous restaurant leadership experience required.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest service.
- Positive attitude with the ability to lead by example.

Compensation: $12.00 - $12.00 per hour
